The players were enjoying a morning off during our pre-season tour following our 4-0 win against Singapore Select XI and decided to conduct their own version of the bin challenge.
Clubs such as Chelsea and St Johnstone have previously uploaded their original version of the challenge, but our players aimed to go one better and completed the headed challenge while in a pool.
Without a bin to head the ball into, our first team stars instead just aimed to head the ball back-and-forth to the player positioned in the middle while battling against the water resistance.
Santi Cazorla was at the hub of the successful attempt while Hector Bellerin’s feeble header ruined Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain’s moment.
