Dan Crowley scored a phenomenal goal for England’s U19s this past weekend, bagging a superb solo goal against Japan late in the game.
Crowley showed his strength to latch onto a clearance after a botched Japanese corner. He then displayed that burst of acceleration Jack Wilshere is known for and used quick feet to get past the defence. He finished excellently past the keeper, racing off to celebrate his first goal for England.

The youngster was once one of the most promising talents at the Arsenal academy, but there have been questions raised over his development recently.
When he returned to Arsenal early from his loan spell with Barnsely last month (via the Mirror), it initially seemed like a damning assessment. We don’t know the reasons for the recall however, or who decided he should be brought back to the Emirates.
