Chelsea fans displayed their lack of class once again following the goalless draw at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday as a minority proceeded to deface the statue of legendary manager Herbert Chapman.
The man who created the modern Arsenal was honoured with a statue as part of the ‘Arsenalisation’ process of the stadium in 2012, along with Tony Adams and Thierry Henry.
Since then, Dennis Bergkamp has joined the list but it is the actions of a small group of Chelsea fans that continue to ruin the image of the club.
Arsenal transfer rumours
In a season of blatant racist behaviour from those on the train in Paris, the microscope has been firmly fixated on Chelsea’s travelling support.
Previous warnings and mass publicity seemingly hasn’t deterred the Blues fans who on Sunday displayed their classless behaviour in public yet again.
