Arsenal legend Thierry Henry rolled back the years in an All-Star game between Laurens All stars and Real Madrid legends which took place in Holland in aid of a Dutch charity.
Henry was in the same team as the likes of Clarence Seedorf and Edgar Davids in a game which hosted a number of the game’s icons.
Having produced a lovely piece of skill while running down his trademark left flank, Henry also scored a wonderful individual goal after bamboozling Christian Karembeu and finding the net.
Arsenal transfer news
Henry is currently a pundit at Sky and his views on us have irked some fans over the past eight months and it seems as though the Frenchman is confused as to what to do when discussing Arsenal.
The general public are obviously looking for him to be impartial and honest, but Henry still has the utmost respect for Arsene Wenger and every public comment seems to be straining their relationship.
- Arsenal reportedly weighing up prospect of re-signing in-form goalscorer
- Recently departed Arsenal star reveals he’s living his ‘dream’ at new club
- Mesut Ozil remains defiant over future but slams Arsenal for lack of loyalty
However, the likes of Jamie Carragher and Gary Neville publicly defend Man United and Liverpool respectively, and Henry should do the same.
Check out his flashes of brilliance in the charity game below.
