The supporters of FC Koln have arrived in London in their droves ahead of their side’s match with Arsenal in the Europa League.
Arsenal take on FC Koln at the Emirates Stadium later this evening in the Gunners’ first ever match in the Europa League.
Many Arsenal fans head into the match with a slight lack of enthusiasm, even embarrassment amongst some as Arsene Wenger prepares to name an Arsenal side for Europe’s second-tier European competition for the first time.

The German side finished in fifth place in the Bundesliga last season thanks an excellent final day victory over Mainz which granted them qualification to the Europa League.

Their supporters have travelled in droves to London for this fixture and the few thousand of them have exhibited more enthusiasm than the Arsenal fan base combined.

Footage of the Koln supporters has taken over social media with many lighting flares and smoke bombs as they drink and sing their way through London. It’s great to see.
