Arsene Wenger has claimed that the Arsenal fans’ love of Sead Kolasinac is down to the summer signing’s winning mentality (via Arsenal.com).
It’s safe to say that Sead Kolasinac is becoming a fans’ favourite after his summer arrival from Schalke.
The Bosnian netted another goal on Saturday to take his season’s tally to three goals in all competitions.
Now, Arsene Wenger has attempted to explain why he thinks the Arsenal fans are so enamoured with the full-back.
“Sead’s a winner,” claimed Wenger. “Fans want winners and he could deliver again when it was needed today. He didn’t hit it [his shot] into the stand, he hit it into the back of the net. That shows that the guy is a winner.

“He’s been a success because he’s a good football player, and he looks like he’s made for the wing-back position because he likes to go forward and the timing of his runs is very good.
“After that, I believe as well he has that natural physical power that is needed in the Premier League. Without that, you struggle.”
Kolasinac has certainly taken to Premier League football. The full-back has developed into a considerable attacking threat moving forward as well as proving his strength at the back. Let’s hope he keeps it up.
