Young midfielder Krystian Bielik has finally made his Arsenal youth team debut after almost two months at the club.
The 17-year-old played against Norwich in an U-18 match but unfortunately his famed defensive midfield prowess couldn’t prevent the youngster going down 3-1 losers.
Whilst he is still a teenager it was perhaps thought on his arrival that he could play a part in the first team this season.
However, this might have something more to do with our complete lack of competent, defensive minded midfielders despite the unexpected return of Francis Coquelin in December.
However, it seems as if Bielik will be going through the motions in the youth ranks before being allowed a position or opportunity to impress in the first team squad.

The teen only joined the club in January from Legia Warsaw – where the likes of Wojciech Szczesny and Luasz Fabianski have both come from in the pass – for around £2.4 million so perhaps it makes sense to be cautious!
